Refund Policy
At Grit Focus Media, all services are customized and tailored to the specific goals, requirements, and business needs of each client. Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, and web development services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:
- SEO Services (Local, National, and Enterprise SEO)
- AI Search Optimization (GEO)
- Digital Marketing Consulting
- CRM & Marketing Automation Setup
- Revenue Attribution & Analytics Services
- Website Audits and SEO Audits
- Discovery Sessions and Strategy Development
- Research, Planning, and Consulting Services
- Paid Advertising Management Services
Any work completed, time spent, or resources allocated toward a project are non-refundable.
Monthly Retainer Services
Clients enrolled in monthly service agreements may cancel services according to the terms of their signed agreement.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already rendered
- Completed monthly work
- Ongoing campaign management
- Reporting and optimization activities
- Strategic planning and consultation services
Any cancellation request will apply to future billing periods and will not result in reimbursement for services already performed.
Website Design & Development Projects
Website design and development projects are completed in stages and often require upfront planning, design, development, and project management resources.
Payments made for completed project milestones, approved deliverables, design work, development work, or consultation services are non-refundable.
If a project is terminated before completion, Grit Focus Media may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund for work not yet performed.
Refund Request Process
If you believe a billing error has occurred or wish to discuss a refund request, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the applicable charge.
All requests will be reviewed individually based on:
- Scope of work completed
- Time invested by our team
- Deliverables provided
- Contractual obligations
- Project status at the time of the request
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
